TYMLEP Education may change course pricing, discounts, promotions, or fees for future enrollments. Such changes will generally not affect payments that have already been completed, except where required by applicable law or expressly stated at the time of purchase.

8. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations for DataGym courses, programs, and services are handled by TYMLEP Education, the entity operating the DataGym Training brand.

Refund eligibility, cancellation terms, and applicable timelines will be communicated for the relevant course or program before or at the time of enrollment, where applicable.

Where a specific refund or cancellation policy is provided for a course or program, that policy will apply to the applicable purchase, subject to applicable law.

Refunds, where approved, will generally be processed through the original payment method, subject to the applicable payment provider's processing procedures and applicable law.
